By using RankPulse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Service Description

RankPulse provides AI visibility checking and SEO audit services. We scan publicly accessible websites and query AI engines to assess brand visibility. Results are informational and should not be considered guarantees of SEO performance.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the service for any illegal purposes
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits (checks per day/week). Exceeding limits may result in temporary throttling. Systematic abuse or automation beyond API plan limits is prohibited.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We offer a 7-day refund policy for first-time subscribers
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Intellectual Property

RankPulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankPulse. Scan results and reports generated for your brand belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

RankPulse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to changes in AI visibility scores or SEO rankings.
